Training Formats

CLI offers flexible delivery formats to accommodate different needs and circumstances:

In-Person Training
Two CLI facilitators travel to your location to deliver training in person. Requires a suitable venue with projector, flipcharts, and space for group work.

Hybrid Training
Your team gathers in one location while CLI facilitators join virtually via Zoom or Teams. Combines in-person team interaction with expert facilitation.

Multi-Location Hybrid
For distributed teams or restricted gatherings, CLI connects multiple small groups (3-4 locations) with each other and with facilitators virtually.

Virtual Training
Fully online delivery where each participant connects from their own location. Works like CLI’s online intensive trainings with full interaction and engagement.
