A Global Movement of Changemakers

Collective Leadership Specialists are more than credential holders. They’re part of a thriving global community united by shared methodologies, values, and purpose. From 46 countries across six continents, 378 Specialists connect, learn, and support each other in bringing collaboration and transformation to their work.

A Collective Leadership Specialist (CLS) is a certified practitioner who guides collective leadership and stakeholder collaboration within teams, projects, and organizations. Through structured training in dialogic methods, facilitation, and systemic change, CLS gain expertise in the Collective Leadership Compass and Dialogic Change Model.

Specialists design and lead transformative collaborations where diverse voices co-create sustainable solutions. They work across all sectors and SDGs, applying proven methodologies to build trust, navigate complexity, and catalyze change in multi-stakeholder contexts.

Core Competencies:

  • Facilitate stakeholder dialogues and co-creation processes
  • Apply the Collective Leadership Compass for team and organizational development
  • Use the Dialogic Change Model to design and steward collaborative initiatives
  • Build and strengthen partnerships across sectors and boundaries

The certification process is flexible and can be completed over 12-24 months, depending on your schedule and learning pace. Complete at least three courses following this structure:

  • The Art of Feminist Leadership (Collective Feminist Principles)

One Fluency Module (choose at least one):
