Certification Programme

Build expertise. Join a global movement. Drive systems change.

The world faces complex challenges that cannot be solved by organizations working alone. Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals requires collaboration across sectors, borders, and identities. This demands new leadership capacities: the ability to lead change collectively.

The Collective Leadership Specialist Certification Programme equips change agents worldwide with proven methodologies for designing and facilitating multi-stakeholder initiatives that deliver sustainable impact. Since 2017, CLI has certified 378 Specialists from 46 countries who are now leading transformative collaborations in their communities, organizations, and networks.

Become fluent in a language for leading change collectively. Join a vibrant community of practice. Advance regenerative futures for the community of life on planet Earth.

"Be the change that you wish to see in the world."
